Come and Get Healthy at River Bend Nature Center with Yoga Classes

Come and enjoy the scenery of River Bend Nature Center and take yoga classes with a view. They begin September 10th, 2009 and will be two classes held Thursdays from 5:00-6:00pm and 6:30-7:30pm. The cost is $40 for four classes and $35 for friends of River Bend. Beginners are welcome. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.
