Clifton Gunderson, the nation's 13th largest CPA and consulting firm, announced that
Scott Hess
, CPA, joined the firm as a senior manager in the entrepreneurial business services department in the Racine office. Hess brings partner-level experience as a CPA and has been in the accounting field for more than 10 years.
Dr. Richard Eckert
has been appointed chair of the biochemistry and molecular biology department at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Little City Kids Franchise Services, LLC,
were included in this year's Franchise 500 issue of Entrepreneur Magazine. The January 2007 issue of Entrepreneur magazine is dedicated to all things franchise, including articles such as "The Complete Guide to Buying a Franchise," "222 Low-Cost Franchises," and "What You Need to Succeed!" Their franchise program was completed in 2006 with the support of Francorp, the leader in the franchise development industry.
Design North's
work for Birds Eye Foods' Steamfresh frozen vegetables packaging will be included in the fourth edition of Brandpackaging's Design Gallery. Design Gallery is a hardbound annual that honors the year's most innovative brand packaging. For this year's book, Steamfresh was one of 12 designs featured in the flexible packaging category.
