Golf: Swede makes history at Grand Geneva

Sofie Andersson, a 23-year-old native of Sweden, became only the second Swede to win on the Duramed FUTURES Women's Golf Tour Sunday when she won the $90,000 Aurora Health Care Championship at Geneva National Golf Club in Lake Geneva.
Andersson came from four shots back entering the final round and finished with a 4-under-par 212 total to win the title.
Andersson, a recent graduate of the University of California-Berkeley, shot a 2-under-par 70 Sunday to win the $12,600 prize.
Brandi Jackson of Greenville, S.C., shot a final-round 70 and finished tied with Esther Choe of Scottsdale, Ariz., who had a final-round 72, for second place at 213. Each won $9,000.
Amateur Katie Elliott of Madison, a special qualifier for the tournament, shot 75 Sunday and finished at 226, tied with six other golfers for 59th place.
The final round was delayed a day because of storms.
