Your New Beginnings will help plan perfect wedding
By Journal Times staff
RACINE — A local woman wants to help people plan the perfect wedding through her new business called Your New Beginnings.
Gail Boydstun, 55, of Racine said her business will provide a wedding planner and coordinator to help ensure that the future bride and groom have a blissful wedding day. She plans to offer her services in Racine and Kenosha and surrounding areas.
Boydstun said she previously spent 18 years in retail management, most recently with Kmart and Big Lots.
“I started planning weddings years ago for friends and family,” Boydstun said. “I guess you can say I have this natural knack for the special, unique and unusual weddings.” She claims, for example, to be the first person to plan a wedding at the Racine Zoo, overlooking Lake Michigan.
