Appointments and promotions: Engineered Products and Services Inc. of Franksville announces the following organizational appointments: Chris Malone has been promoted to the newly created position of director of new product development. Malone will oversee all new product development worldwide. He has been with Engineered Products and Services Inc. for five years, most recently as the north American sales manager.

Steve Gifford is the new sales application engineer. He will oversee all sales efforts in southeastern and northeastern Wisconsin. Gifford has a background in mechanical design and has more than six years of sales experience.

Gregg Liederbach has been hired as director of north American sales and marketing. Liederbach will oversee all sales and marketing efforts for the U.S., Canada and Mexico. He has more than 25 years of sales and marketing management experience.

John Landaal has joined owner Joseph Smith and his staff at Elmwood Plaza Jewelers as sales consultant. He has been in the industry for 12 years and currently holds the title of Registered Jeweler.

Honors and Awards: Trevor Morgan has been awarded the designation of “Super Starter” in recognition of superior sales achievement at New England Financial. The “Super Starter” designation recognizes outstanding production by newly hired producers during their first quarter of active service with New England Financial.

Former Racine resident Kelly Kading has been awarded with his fourth consecutive “Personal Banker of the Year” by North Shore Bank for their north region. Kading, who previously worked with Bank of Elmwood, now serves the Appleton area.

Elections: Rose Bogosian was appointed as the Wisconsin Realtors Association Board of Director — Region 1, for a term of four years. Bogosian, the broker-owner of Gonnering Realty Inc. in Kenosha, is an 18 year real estate professional and has held honors such as the 2008 Multiple Listing Service Director, 2007 Realtor of the Year and 2006 President of Kenosha Realtors Association.

Greg Reesman, Reesman’s Excavating & Grading Inc. of Burlington, has been elected to the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin Board of Directors. He will serve on the board through 2011.
