Appointments and promotions: Nathan Lebak, allergy and immunology, has joined the physicians and staff at Aurora Health Center. Lebak, a Burlington native, received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed his residency and internship at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. Lebak, board certified in internal medicine, finished his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Medical College of Virginia. He is committed to providing personal, thorough care in allergy and immunology to both adult and pediatric patients. John Lyon has joined Roland Machinery, the Komatsu distributor, as parts and service sales representative for the Franksville location. In his new position, Lyon will be responsible for supporting the sales department and calling on customers in southeast Wisconsin to fill their equipment parts and service needs.

Donovan Scherer has joined Image Management as a graphic designer. Scherer will specifically help manage the Case New Holland North American photography library.

Nina Bush has accepted an assistant Web site programming position at Image Management where she will work on local corporate and small business Web sites. Bush is a Web developer who has been programming for more than 12 years.

John Trotter, an orthopaedic surgeon at Aurora Health Center, recently relocated his Racine office to a new Aurora Health Center location at 7300 Washington Ave., inside the Razor Sharp Fitness and Aurora Rehabilitation Center complex. His areas of interest include sports related injuries, total joint replacement and reconstruction, arthroscopic surgery and hand and wrist surgery. Certifications: Terry Helmeid, a Caledonia pet sitter who owns House Calls 4 Paws LLC, has earned the distinction of being a PSI Accredited Pet Sitter. In order to earn accreditation, a pet sitter must conform to PSI guidelines and demonstrate proficiency and professionalism in business skills and practices.

Honors and Awards: Local mover Two Men and a Truck has earned top honors in a recent J.D. Power and Associates study measuring customer satisfaction among full-service moving companies. The company's office, located at 7886 Washington Ave., is one of more than 200 independent franchises operating across the United States. Jim and Pam Carter are in their 10th year as franchisees of the Racine location.

Elections: Michael Voss was installed as the 86th president of the Racine Board of REALTORS. Voss, the broker-owner of Prudential Southeast Realty in Racine, is a 25 year real estate professional. He has been a member of the Racine Board of REALTORS since 2003. Also installed were president-elect John Schoenwaelder; secretary/treasurer, Linda Johnson; immediate past-president Fritz Cape; and directors June Eilers, Carol Hawes, Dick Hinsman, Amy Karegeannes, Barb Stublaski and John Suprak.
