RACINE - Community Economic Development Corp. will offer a free business seminar, "Developing and Marketing Your Web site," from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at 718 N. Memorial Drive.
Internet marketing includes search engines, Internet directories, pay-per-click programs and e-mail. The seminar will discuss steps needed to create and update an existing Web site to be effective. Topics will include domain names, predesign work, good and bad design elements and Internet marketing secrets to getting your site ranked better on search engines.
Low-cost versus no-cost marketing will be addressed as well as the elements a search engines use when listing Web sites.
