Three Johnson family companies are ranked among the state's 75 largest closely held firms, which usually means privately held.
According to the Milwaukee office of Deloitte & Touche USA, Racine-based SC Johnson was ranked No. 1 as the largest in that category. Sturtevant-based JohnsonDiversey ranked No. 4, and Racine-based Johnson Financial Group ranked No. 43 on the 2007 Wisconsin 75 list.
The annual Wisconsin 75 award program recognizes the top closely held companies headquartered in Wisconsin that have a majority ownership by an individual, family or employee stock ownership program.
All closely held companies with $50 million or more in annual revenues and employee, family or individual(s) majority ownership are eligible to be included on the Wisconsin 75. Submissions are voluntary.

Film Fest awarded $20,700 grant
The It Came From Lake Michigan Film Fest announced that it has been awarded a $20,700 joint-marketing grant from the Wisconsin Department of Tourism.
The horror and sci-fi festival, held for the first time last year in Downtown Racine, this year will be held
Oct. 25-28 at the Tommy Thompson Center at State Fair Park.
