SOMERS - The University of Wisconsin-Parkside Master Singers, a vocal group that draws its members from the local community, will hold auditions for the fall concert season at 6 p.m. Monday in Room D-118 of the Communication Arts Building at UW-Parkside, 900 Wood Road. The opening rehearsal will follow at 7 p.m. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome.

Led by James B. Kinchen Jr., the Master Singers will perform carols and songs of Christmas during concerts on Dec. 2 and 9. Works by a diverse group of composers, including Alfred Burt, Daniel Pinkham, Robert Shaw and William Dawson, will be performed.
