CALENDARS FOR SALE

The Caledonia Conservancy is taking orders through Nov. 12 for their 2010 Horses and Trails of Caledonia calendar. Each calendar will cost $20 or $24 for a mailed copy. The calendars will be available before Christmas. To place an order, send an e-mail to Sandy DeWalt at sdewalt@wi.rr.com with your name, address and telephone number. Proceeds will benefit the Caledonia Conservancy in its conservation efforts.

Calendar Raffle

St. John Nepomuk Church is selling its annual raffle pocket 2010 calendars for $25. Prizes are awarded on a daily basis, and total prizes are in excess of $11,000 annually. Cash prizes are: Monday through Saturday, $25; Sundays, $50; New Year's Day, July 4 and Thanksgiving, $100; and Christmas Day, $500. To purchase a calendar, call the parish office, (262) 634-5647, or the John Paul II Academy office at (262) 637-2012.

SAFE HAVEN BENEFIT

Graves Hospitality Corporation will donate the cost of an overnight stay at the Radisson Hotel Racine Harbourwalk, 223 Gaslight Circle, to SAFE Haven of Racine. Every day, a limited number of packages will be available on the hotel's Web site, based on availability. Silent Basket Auction

Racine Assembly of God, 1325 Airline Road, Mount Pleasant, 12:30 p.m. Sunday. This silent auction features baskets that include four one-day park hopper tickets for Walt Disney World, Green Bay Packers team autographed football, several indoor water park/hotel one-night stays and restaurant gift certificates. Proceeds will benefit Royal Family Kids' Camp-Racine, a camp serving foster children of Racine County.

SUNDAY BREAKFAST

Sponsored by the Fraternal Order of Eagles Racine Aerie 281, 8-11 a.m. Sunday, Eagles Club, 319 Hamilton St. The menu includes omelets, eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, pancakes, French toast and a full selection of beverages, including coffee and Bloody Marys. Items are sold individually. Open to the public.

HOLIDAY BAKE SALE

The Racine Soseh Chapter of the Armenian Relief Society Eastern USA Inc. will hold its annual Holiday Bake Sale from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday at Educators Credit Union, 1400 N. Newman Road, Mount Pleasant. Bakery for sale includes Armenian pastries, yeast breads and homebaked cookies.

Fish Fry

Sponsored by the Fraternal Order of Eagles Racine Aerie 281, 5-9 p.m. Friday, Eagles Club, 319 Hamilton St. A wide variety of fish is available. Open to the public.

FUNDRAISER FOR COUNTRYSIDE

Central Bark Doggy Day Care, 5326 Durand Ave., 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 14. Bring your sociable, leashed dog for microchipping by Countryside Humane Society and pet photos for holiday cards. There will be food, beverages and a silent auction. Proceeds will benefit Countryside Humane Society. For more information, call Central Bark at (262) 456-4021.

Ham Ball Dinner & Silent Auction

First United Methodist Church, 745 Main St., 4-7 p.m. Nov. 14. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 4-12. Children under age 3 eat free. Tickets must be ordered by Sunday, call (262) 633-7632.

PORK CHOP DINNER

Racine Lutheran High School, 251 Luedtke Ave., 4-8 p.m. Nov. 14. Tickets cost $10. A macaroni and cheese dinner for children will be sold for $2.50. There will be music and activities for children. Door prizes include a Weber gas grill, a cooler of beef and $100 cash. Proceeds benefit the school. For reservations, call the school at (262) 637-6538.

Date Night

Sponsored by the Sixth Grade Cadette Girl Scout Troop 5727, 5-10 p.m. Nov. 14, Charcoal Grill, 8300 Washington Ave., Mount Pleasant. Parents may check their children ages 10 and under into the banquet hall before they sit down to eat and the Red Cross babysitter-certified Girl Scouts will entertain the children during dinner. The pre-registered fee is $5 per hour with a two-hour minimum, or $6 per hour for a drop-in rate. The fee will not exceed $10 per registered hour per family or $12 per hour for drop-ins. In addition, a buffet dinner will be available for $4.99 per child.

ROTISSERIE CHICKEN DINNER

RedLine Tavern, 1200 N. Wisconsin St., 5 p.m. Nov. 14. To celebrate RedLine's seventh anniversary, a rotisserie chicken dinner will be sold for $10. There will be live music by Mark Miller from 5-7 p.m. and JerkyFish from 9 p.m. to midnight. Proceeds will benefit the Racine Tavern League SafeRide Program.
