Chick-fil-A at Regency Mall, 5802 Durand Ave., 4-9 p.m. Tuesdays in December. Ten percent of every purchase will be donated to Shepherds Ministries in Union Grove. Proceeds will help support people with developmental disabilities.

ZUMBATHON FUNDRAISER
Case High School field house, 7345 Washington Ave., 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday. The two-hour calorie-burning, body-energizing Zumbathon will have more than 10 Zumba instructors working with attendees on the Zumba program which fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves. Breakfast With Santa
Sponsored by the Waterford Lioness Club, 8:30-11:30 a.m. Dec. 5, Evergreen School, 817 W. Main St., Waterford. Tickets cost $4 and are available in advance only at the Pick-N-Save in Waterford. Photos with Santa, Santa’s Secret Shop and write letters to Santa. Every child who brings in one non-perishable food item will be entered into a drawing to win Santa’s Special Gift Stocking. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
AEBLESKIVER BREAKFAST
Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 3319 Washington Ave., during the West Racine holiday open house, 9 a.m.-noon Dec. 5. A large order of aebleskivers and sausage costs $5 and a small order costs $3. A bake sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Proceeds from the bake sale will go toward the medical expenses of 4-year-old Mason Brach, whose Racine family are members of Gethsemane. Brach has a serious condition called arteriovenue malformation (AVM) which is an abnormal connection between arteries and the veins in the brain. Mason’s father, Christopher, recently lost his job and health insurance coverage, and he and his wife, Ashley, are unable to pay for the $28,000 angiogram that is needed to monitor Mason’s condition closely. The church is also accepting freewill donations for this cause.
Christmas Cookie Walk
Burlington United Methodist Church, 857 W. State St., Burlington, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 5. Cookies cost $9 per pound. Also featured is a specialty sweets table with extra fancy specialty treats and ethnic favorites that are priced individually. Third World Shop handcrafted items will be sold in support of the artists.
MRS. SANTA’s PANTRY
Community Baptist Church, 35512 Washington Ave. (Highway D), Honey Creek, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 5. Featuring crafts, Christmas cookies, candy and other bakery. There will be raffles and a lunch will be sold. Proceeds will be used to purchase gifts for their adopted families.
Cookie Walk & THIRd World Craft Sale
Atonement Lutheran Church, 2915 Wright Ave. (use rear parking lot door), 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 5. Cookies, bars, and confections will be sold for $9 a pound as well as prepackaged assortments. Hand-carved Russian Santas, musical instruments, children’s toys, and woven goods from Central America, Africa, and Asia will be offered at the Third World Shoppe, with proceeds going to the original artisans.

Breakfast with Santa and the Elves
Masonic Lodge, 507 14th Ave., Union Grove. 11 a.m. Dec. 5. Tickets cost $6 for adults, $4 for children ages 3-11 and $2 for children under age 2. Tickets sold in advance only at The Union Grove Chamber of Commerce, in the Union Grove Municipal Center, highways 11 and 45, Union Grove. Elves serve breakfast, sing Christmas carols and make toys in Santa’s workshop. Donations of new hats and mittens will be accepted for distribution by the Union Grove Area Food Pantry.

HOLIDAY PANCAKE BREAKFAST
St. John Nepomuk School, 1923 Green St. (enter from back parking lot) 8 a.m.-noon Dec. 6. The pancake breakfast features a topping bar and gluten-free pancakes will be available. There will be raffles and Christmas Gifts will be wrapped for a donation while you eat. Tickets cost $5 for adults and $4 for children ages 3-12 years. Children under age 2 eat free.
PhotoArt Sale/Fundraiser
The Bridge, 4900 Spring St., noon-4 p.m. Dec. 6. Featuring the framed PhotoArt of Tony Rosati with 10 percent of all revenue being donated to The Falk Brain Tumor Research Program at Chicago Children’s Hospital.
