RACINE - The Galileoscope now has a Galileostore.

The small telescope that had its birth in the Racine area now has its first retail outlet, in addition to being available online. DP Wigley, 234 Wisconsin Ave., is the first retailer -- and so far the only one in the world -- to sell the small telescopes.

The 20-inch telescopes are a project for the United Nations' International Year of Astronomy. They cost $20 online, plus $14.99 for shipping, at https://www.galileoscope.org/gs or $30 at DP Wigley.
