SOMERS - The University of Wisconsin-Parkside canceled a Friday forum for the public to meet a chancellor candidate who has withdrawn from the selection process.
There are now four candidates for the new UW-Parkside chancellor to replace Chancellor John "Jack" Keating who will be retiring in August. The university has not yet released the names of the candidates. The other public forums are still scheduled for May 5, 6, 8 and 9.
They will be held 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. in the Communication Arts Theatre inside the Communication Arts Building.
